Volunteer
Our organization thrives thanks to an incredible team of volunteers, each bringing their unique skills and passions to the table. Below, you'll find an overview of our five dynamic teams where you can make an impact. We believe there’s a perfect spot for you to use your God-given talents and make a difference!
Ready to join us? Click the button below to fill out our Volunteer Form—it’s quick and easy, and it’ll be sent straight to us when you’re done. Please note: all volunteers are required to undergo a criminal background check. Let’s make an impact together!
Archery Groups
Volunteer with our Archery Groups in El Dorado, Andover, or Maize! Roles include Group Leader, Devotion Coordinator, Archery Instructor, and Devotion Leader. Choose where you would like to volunteer!
Archery Groups meet once a week during the season (April - October). The Group Leader runs the group, the Devotion Coordinator schedules devotions for the group, Archery Instructors help teach participants, and Devotion Leaders sign up to lead a 5-10min devotional at the end of a practice.
On-Site Team
The On-Site Team is who we send out to events; either our own hosted events or partnered events (typically city festivals). The on-site team includes a Recruiter, Registration Assistant, Archery Instructors, BB gun Instructors, Fishing Instructors, and a Devotion Leader.
This team often volunteers on the weekends, although it is not expected that you make it to every event throughout the season (February - October).
Marketing Team
The Marketing Team is responsible for all things media including social media, print materials, apparel, grants, and our website. If you have an eye for graphic design, or are an exceptional writer, this is the team for you!
A subcommittee to the Marketing Team is the Raffle Team, who work to procure donations for our annual Raffle and sell tickets!
Admin Team
The Administrative Team consists of our Event Coordinator, Assistant Event Coordinator, Trailer Manager, and Bookkeeper.
The Event Coordinator works with vendors to plan events. The Assistant Event Coordinator maintains a list of volunteers and tracks event performance. The Trailer Manager performs a maintenance check once a year on all our trailers. The bookkeeper tracks donations, filing and record keeping.
If you are a planner, or enjoy the logistical tasks that make an event successful, this is the team for you!
Prayer Team
Strengthen our community through faith and prayer by joining the Prayer Team!
You'll receive prayer requests from the Prayer Team Leader and be in prayer over requests for as long as the Lord guides you.
